Victor A. Rios - Main Consultant
Background
Originally from Panama, Victor Rios brings a rich multicultural perspective to his work in higher education and leadership development. After moving to the U.S., he earned his Bachelor of Science in Psychology and International Affairs and went on to complete his Master’s degree at the University of Miami. With a strong foundation in assessment and program development, Victor has extensive experience as an administrator in higher education, specializing in leadership training, diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives, and multiculturalism.
Throughout his career, Victor has held leadership roles at Florida Gulf Coast University and now serves as Assistant Director at the University of Miami, where he continues to advance DEI and leadership development programs. He has presented at prestigious conferences such as the National Conference on Race and Ethnicity (NCORE) and served as a cluster facilitator for LeaderShape, guiding participants in developing authentic leadership skills.
Passionate about fostering inclusive spaces and empowering individuals, Victor is dedicated to helping others unlock their leadership potential and make meaningful contributions to their communities.
